About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson (male/female) to join our fashion retail team across several locations on the Adriatic coast. You will work in a dynamic, proactive environment, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on achieving sales targets.
• Engage customers with effective sales communication.
• Provide high‑quality, professional customer service.
• Present and sell merchandise, handling payment transactions.
• Receive and prepare stock for the store, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Maintain proper product display, price labeling, and product declaration.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the central warehouse and other stores.
• Prepare merchandise for inventory checks and control.
• Keep the sales area and its front space tidy and attractive.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in textiles.
• Experience operating a PC cash register and POS terminals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Responsible, independent, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
