About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at City Center One East and Supernova Garden Mall. You will be the face of our high‑quality leather accessories, helping customers discover the perfect bag, wallet, belt or other item.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell and advise customers on a wide range of leather products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, attractive sales floor and window display.
• Receive, control and merchandise stock according to company standards.
• Operate the cash register, process payments and issue receipts.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock counts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Build long‑term relationships through excellent service.
• Continuously learn about new products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Previous retail experience, preferably with leather goods.
• Strong sales and communication abilities with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Customer‑focused, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Team player with flexibility.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with POS (cash register) systems.
