About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs and help deliver suitable solutions. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, production and logistics to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and arrange sales activities.
• Communicate with existing customers and address their inquiries.
• Identify client needs and assist in finding appropriate solutions.
• Prepare offers and sales documentation.
• Track offers, orders and agreed activities with clients.
• Maintain and update client and sales activity data.
• Support more experienced colleagues in sales projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and logistics departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales (B2B experience is a strong plus).
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by targets.
• Good listening skills while being able to lead conversations.
• Independent yet a team player.
• Organised and able to keep tasks under control.
• Enjoys a dynamic environment and varied projects.
• Comfortable using digital tools.
• English communication proficiency.
