About the role

We are seeking a Prime Banker to manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients with complex financial needs. You will deliver tailored financial solutions, drive sales of premium products, and ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Prime clients, understanding their unique financial goals.
• Advise on and create personalized financial solutions, including credit and investment products.
• Proactively sell Prime banking products and services while monitoring client satisfaction.
• Assess creditworthiness and make lending decisions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain service excellence and resolve client issues professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in credit and investment products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical, independent, and proactive mindset.
• Focus on building long‑term relationships and delivering Prime‑level service.
