Power Platform Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Power Platform Administrator to join our international team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the broader Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related applications.
• Manage Power Platform components, including Power Automate flows, environments, and connections.
• Support governance and compliance of D365 environments.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, integrations, capacity, and flow errors.
• Handle user access, security roles, licensing and compliance requirements.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, documentation and basic training.
• Coordinate testing, deployments and production changes.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure teams, vendors and partners on integrations, APIs, certificates and connectivity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 administration and configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform administration.
• Understanding of workflows, forms, system customization and business applications.
• Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, certificates and connected systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and proactive work attitude.
