About the role

You will join the maintenance team at the Babina Gora waste‑management plant, performing electrical upkeep of plant equipment and facilities. The position involves diagnosing faults, repairing machines, and ensuring continuous production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance tasks in the plant and its buildings.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and execute repairs on machines and installations.
• Report work progress through the work‑order system and required reports.
• Investigate prolonged production stoppages and propose corrective actions.
• Install replacement parts independently while monitoring part costs.
• Perform scheduled annual overhauls of machinery within set deadlines.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education with an electrical focus.
• At least one year of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with process equipment, machines, and plant installations.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and follow established procedures.
• Responsible attitude and skillful fault resolution.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
