Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will drive the company’s presence at trade fairs, create compelling digital content, and support product marketing initiatives within the robotics and autonomous systems sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the company’s participation in trade fairs and other events, handling logistics and supplier communication.
• Manage production of marketing and promotional materials, from briefing to delivery, including brochures, presentations, giveaways and signage.
• Oversee daily management of social media channels, creating content calendars, publishing posts and monitoring performance.
• Create engaging written, visual and video content for digital channels, performing basic video and photo editing.
• Support product and corporate marketing activities for B2B and B2G audiences, including sponsorship and donation projects.
• Monitor media and digital coverage and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• University or master’s degree in marketing, communications, social sciences or related field.
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management or B2B marketing.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Basic video editing and photo editing.
• Use of digital and AI tools for content creation.
• Social media management and content creation.
• Web analytics, SEO/SEM.
• Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
