Manager Accounting Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our accounting operations across three specialised teams. You will ensure accurate financial recording, drive process automation, and support new product launches in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the merchants & distributors, general accounting, and payments & card operations teams.
• Organise daily operational processes and coordinate the monthly close.
• Ensure timely, accurate recording of business events in line with IFRS, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage communication with auditors, tax authorities, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Set up accounting for new product launches in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Optimise and automate accounting processes and contribute to ERP system development.
• Plan and execute projects within the annual budget and strategic goals.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading an accounting team, with a focus on organisation and people development.
• Strong analytical, independent and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system).
• Advanced Excel.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and AI tools (plus).
