About the role

We are looking for motivated cooks (male/female) to join our kitchen team in Zagreb. The role involves preparing a variety of cold and hot dishes according to our standards and ensuring consistent quality for our guests. You will be part of a dynamic environment where multiple cooks are employed to guarantee smooth service during peak hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cold and hot meals following the company’s recipes and portion norms.
• Independently handle the full range of dishes required by the daily menu.
• Control the quality and quantity of each plate based on menu specifications.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
