About the role

ROX d.o.o. is seeking a motivated cook to join its kitchen team in Bizovac. The position involves preparing, cooking and serving meals while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Order food and beverage supplies from vendors.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, checking quality, quantity, temperature, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards.
• Store goods efficiently, manage inventory and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Prepare, cook and plate dishes using appropriate culinary methods and techniques.
• Control the quality of prepared meals and adhere to culinary norms.
• Ensure smooth service flow, including receipt, distribution and supply of food.
• Verify supplier invoices against delivery notes.
• Observe client dietary rules and maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations.
• Organise thematic days, clean and maintain work areas, and wash kitchen equipment.
• Participate in catering planning and execution.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
