About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook/line cook to join our kitchen team in Split. The successful candidate will work independently at an assigned station, preparing dishes according to set recipes and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue dishes following prescribed recipes and quality standards.
- Work independently at a designated kitchen station.
- Prepare ingredients for daily service.
- Control quality and proper plating of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager and the rest of the team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work autonomously, quickly and stay well organized.
- Responsible, reliable and team‑oriented.
- Commitment to hygiene and operational standards.
Required skills
- Food preparation according to recipes.
- Operation of a kitchen station.
