About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will lead a team responsible for managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise logistics, maintain inventory levels and support the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise the procurement team’s daily activities.
• Improve and optimise logistics processes related to purchasing.
• Monitor, develop and support team members in their work.
• Prepare KPI reports and analyse performance.
• Initiate new projects and oversee existing ones.
• Participate in assortment selection, collection planning and trade‑fair visits.
• Create purchase orders and manage order flow.
• Control inventory levels in line with demand and store traffic, including basic and fashion items.
• Oversee procurement department processes.
• Organise weekly and monthly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.
• Higher education in economics, IT, mathematics or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of procurement processes.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team is an advantage.
