About the role

Monri Payments is looking for a Retail Business Consultant to join its Support ECR team. You will help clients use the company’s retail software effectively, solving daily operational questions and advising on best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert day‑to‑day support to retail clients and resolve their inquiries.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Advise customers on correct system usage and retail processes.
• Assist with implementation and rollout of the software for new and existing users.
• Educate users on retail best practices and system features.
• Detect opportunities for business improvement through regular client interaction.
• Track query patterns, suggest enhancements and document frequent issues.
• Collaborate with development, sales and implementation teams on complex cases.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in retail operations or business analysis.
• Deep understanding of retail processes such as sales, inventory, POS, ordering, promotions and customer experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, patient, independent and proactive.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Experience with POS, ERP or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with retail software and fiscalisation solutions.
• Technical or application support experience.
