About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter to join our team at a wine bar in Zagreb. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience while discovering our wine selection.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests courteously and efficiently.
• Recommend wines that match guests' preferences.
• Prepare and serve drinks, monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar before and after shifts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support a team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent service.
• Team‑player, communicative and reliable.
• Eager to learn and develop wine knowledge with support from colleagues.
• Passionate about wine, or motivated to become one.

Required skills

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a six‑month probation period.
• Mentorship from experienced staff.
• Two shift options (morning or afternoon), 5 days a week, 40 hours.
• All Sundays off; the bar operates Monday to Saturday.
• Flexible days off according to team schedule.
