About the role

HUDEK ZAGREB is looking for a motivated Commercial Representative to join its Machine Sales Department. You will be responsible for selling a range of machines and equipment, building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers, and supporting the sales process from first contact to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Sell machines and accessories from the HUDEK Zagreb product portfolio.
• Actively contact existing and potential customers, developing lasting business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare offers, track inquiries and manage the sales cycle through to implementation.
• Present machines to customers on‑site and, when required, at customer locations.
• Monitor market trends, competition and new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with service, purchasing and other internal teams to ensure high‑quality customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up on agreed contracts.

Required profile

• Communicative, responsible and proactive individual who sees sales as a challenge.
• Good listener who asks the right questions and builds trust.
• Experience in B2B, technical, or machinery sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical literacy and interest in machines are strong advantages.
• Self‑organized, result‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn the sales software.
• Valid category B driving licence.
