About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercialist to join our sales team in Rijeka and surrounding areas. The role focuses on promoting and selling our wine portfolio to HoReCa customers and retail outlets, ensuring contract compliance and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and monitor sales agreements within set criteria.
• Achieve monthly activity plans and sales goals.
• Control fulfillment of business and loyalty contracts.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Visit customers, report field status to HoReCa manager and travel service.
• Participate in sales planning and suggest improvements.
• Verify accuracy of sales documentation.
• Engage in product promotional activities and tastings.
• Evaluate new products on the market and propose enhancements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Supervise sales points and customer locations.
• Encourage purchases, organize promotions and product tastings.
• Visit major sales points and control wine positioning.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoReCa manager.

Required profile

• Secondary education (level 4.1 or 4.2 according to HKO).
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and result orientation.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
