Junior IT Administrator / IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Administrator / IT Support specialist to join our IT team in Zagreb. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees and gradually take on more complex system administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues with computers, applications and peripherals.
• Install, configure and prepare hardware, software and user accounts for new hires.
• Administer user accounts, groups and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Support network connectivity, Wi‑Fi and VPN services.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, licences and document procedures and resolutions.
• Collaborate with external IT partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Familiarity with user account and permission management.
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365.
• Logical problem‑solving approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and a desire for continuous learning.
