IT User and Technical Support Associate

About the role

The IT User and Technical Support Associate will handle user requests, provide technical assistance, and ensure smooth operation of IT equipment within a dynamic insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and analyze user requests via the IT Helpdesk system, email, or other communication channels.
• Diagnose, resolve, and track user issues in collaboration with team members.
• Educate users and create instructional material for working with information systems.
• Prepare technical equipment such as computers, mobile devices, and other hardware for use.
• Produce reports and maintain records in line with job requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education in informatics or a related technical field.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Highly organized with the ability to set priorities.
• Positive, constructive approach to problem solving.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks.
• Goal‑oriented and strong team player.
• At least two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
