IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our on‑site IT infrastructure and providing day‑to‑day support to staff across administration, e‑commerce and production.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and resolve issues with IT infrastructure (networks, servers, workstations, printers, POS systems).
• Provide IT support to employees in administration, webshop and production.
• Manage the Windows environment, including user accounts, access rights, network resources and shares.
• Participate in the lifecycle management of IT equipment (installation and replacement).
• Maintain and support specific systems such as access control, POS devices, video surveillance and alarm systems.
• Document procedures and keep the IT inventory up to date.

Required profile

• Strong IT knowledge covering networks, Windows administration and hardware.
• Preferably some experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Independent, responsible and practical problem‑solving attitude.
• Good understanding of server operation (Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows OS).
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
