IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer (m/f)

About the role

Royal IHC is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to help build and secure its global IT environment. You will work with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, automation and modern security technologies to create a resilient digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve modern infrastructure and cloud solutions with a focus on security.
• Help further secure Microsoft‑based platforms and services.
• Automate and optimise IT processes and environments where possible.
• Collaborate with different teams and suppliers on infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Contribute to a resilient, secure, and future‑proof IT landscape.
• Work according to ITIL and Kanban methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Background in IT and technical security with interest to develop in cybersecurity.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Analytical mindset and interest in infrastructure and cyber technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel in the EU occasionally.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and drive to continuously improve.
