About the role

We are looking for a responsible, motivated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to lead the execution of electrical installation works on construction sites in Split. The role involves independent management of daily tasks, coordination with the team leader and site manager, and ensuring compliance with project documentation and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the execution of electrical installation works on site, coordinating with the team leader and site manager.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks, overseeing field workers operationally.
• Monitor work progress, ensuring alignment with project documentation, deadlines and technical regulations.
• Maintain the construction logbook and prepare calculation documentation (situations, measurement proofs, interim and final accounts).
• Communicate professionally with investors, project supervision, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings on site and report on project status.
• Control quality and calculate performed works.
• Organise and monitor activities related to defect remediation during the warranty period.
• Collect, archive and manage technical and calculation documentation systematically.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
• Relevant experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of technical and legal regulations for electrical installations and construction.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with diverse construction participants.
• Organised, accurate, professional and responsible attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with AutoCAD (preferred).
• Ability to work with Excel tables and ERP calculation systems.
