HR Manager

About the role

Auro Domus Group, active in investment gold, financial services, retail and digital channels, is looking for an experienced HR professional to design and implement a measurable HR system. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from attraction to development and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current HR processes and set development priorities.
• Standardise recruitment and selection, including structured interviews and competency assessments.
• Design and implement a high‑quality onboarding programme.
• Analyse and structure job descriptions, titles, responsibilities and required competencies.
• Create competency models for key job families.
• Establish performance‑management processes: goal setting, evaluation, feedback and tracking.
• Develop processes to identify development needs and plan employee growth.
• Support development of employees, managers and high‑potential talent.
• Monitor key HR metrics and report to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the Board and department heads on organisational, people and competency matters.

Required profile

• Relevant experience and proven results are valued over formal education.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including setting up or significantly developing HR processes.
• Hands‑on experience in recruiting, selection and competency assessment.
• Experience in job analysis, performance management and employee development.
• Ability to design, launch and run HR processes independently.
• Skill in aligning business needs with organisational roles and competencies.
• Self‑starter attitude, initiative, analytical mindset and confidence when working with management.
