HoReCa Sales Representative (m/f)

About the role

The HoReCa Sales Representative will drive sales growth for G3 Spirits across the Zagreb region, focusing on hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants and cafés. You will build strong partnerships with sub‑distributors and clients, using innovative sales strategies to expand the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales activities for the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain partnership relationships with sub‑distributors and HoReCa clients.
• Support sub‑distributors in expanding their distribution network.
• Visit HoReCa outlets, identify new clients, organise meetings and promote existing and new products.
• Prepare sales offers, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Collect and analyse market and customer data, monitor inventory levels and optimise stock.
• Report regularly to management through the established reporting system.
• Achieve sales, collection and new‑client targets according to the KPI model.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including product placement and promotional material.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales role.
• High‑level sales, negotiation and customer‑care abilities.
• Proactive attitude, innovative thinking and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous self‑improvement, ethics and integrity.
• Basic knowledge of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
