About the role

We are looking for two Construction Technicians (male/female) to join our team at RELIANCE d.o.o. for construction in Split. The role involves planning, preparing and building various types of structures, as well as supervising site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and construct objects of different purposes.
• Organise and supervise site work, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
• Create, control and monitor schedule and financial plans.
• Prepare offers and quotations.
• Control works on site as the main contractor.
• Interpret and apply contractual, technical and project documentation.
• Prepare calculations and financially monitor own work and subcontractors' performance.
• Coordinate and communicate promptly with investor representatives and supervising engineers.
• Perform other similar tasks as directed by superiors.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a construction focus.
• No prior work experience required.
• Work performed on construction sites.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Desirable: knowledge of AutoCAD.
