German-Speaking Guest Services Representative

About the role

Join a global entertainment brand as the friendly voice that creates magical moments for guests of all ages. You will handle inbound calls and emails, delivering the world’s best retail experience while working from our modern Zagreb office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and emails, providing assistance and retail support.
• Engage with guests, actively listen, and deliver impeccable service.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect guest experiences.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisory staff when needed.
• Multitask across systems while keeping guests informed.
• Maintain discipline and motivation while working independently in a virtual‑friendly environment.
• Adhere to a structured schedule, working Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00.

Required profile

• Excellent German (C1 or native) and good English (minimum B1/B2) – written and verbal.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Courteous, friendly, and highly professional.
• Willingness to follow procedures and company policies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call‑center setting.
• Empathetic listening and clear communication skills.
