Field Sales Representative – Wood Industry Supplies (Dalmacija)

About the role

EUROLAM d.o.o. is expanding its sales team and seeks a proactive Field Sales Representative to promote raw material products for the wood industry across Dalmatia. You will work directly with existing and new customers, representing a well‑established supplier in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to customers throughout Dalmatia and surrounding areas.
• Present new products and sales solutions.
• Prepare quotations, calculations and related sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and track plan implementation.
• Follow up on payments and ensure good customer relations.
• Report sales activities and plan future actions in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education.
• At least 3 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in the wood, furniture or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a sales mindset.
• Ability to understand technical product characteristics.
• Independent, responsible and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
