About the role

Join the L'Occitane team in Zagreb as an Esthetic Advisor and help create a memorable, festive shopping experience for customers. You will work in a lively store environment, offering personalized beauty advice and mini‑treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their needs and recommend suitable cosmetics or gifts.
• Perform brief beauty services such as hand massages and skin analysis using in‑store devices.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, ensure product pricing is accurate, and keep the store tidy.
• Handle cash‑register transactions, process payments and manage receipt of merchandise.
• Continuously learn about new product lines, trends and brand promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales and direct customer interaction.
• Passion for cosmetics, beauty trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Reliability, responsibility and a willingness to develop professionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Excel.
