Electrical Engineer – Logistics Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to take overall responsibility for the electrical and control engineering aspects of our complex logistics solutions. The role is based at our facilities in Sveta Nedelja, Croatia and involves close collaboration with sales, planning and multi‑project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the electrical and control engineering design for logistics automation projects.
• Coordinate with sales and planning departments to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Work together with CAD‑based detailed planning and PLC teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support assembly and commissioning, acting as the link between customer expectations and technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Technical education in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in electrical engineering is desirable.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Open‑minded, communicative and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Experience with PLC programming.
