Drilling Machine Operator for Pilot Foundations

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced operator to handle large‑diameter pilot drilling machines on construction sites. The role involves executing specialised geotechnical works and ensuring equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field work on construction sites, drilling large‑diameter pilots (+800 mm) and other geotechnical tasks such as exploratory drilling, pile and cable anchors, jet‑grouting, micro‑piles, consolidation and injection.
• Independently operate, inspect, maintain and carry out minor repairs on drilling equipment and machinery.
• Maintain daily technical documentation for the site.
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly resource and material requirements.
• Track material consumption, manage the internal site store, and handle inventory.
• Perform additional tasks related to expertise and experience as directed by company members.

Required profile

• Relevant technical or construction education (KV / SSS).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating pilot drilling machines with diameters over 800 mm.
