About the role
We are looking for a dedicated focaccia maker to join our restaurant team in Split. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking high‑quality focaccia daily, ensuring consistency and taste that meet our guests' expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Shape, proof, and bake focaccia in a professional oven.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal texture and flavor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production during service periods.
Required profile
- Physical stamina for standing and handling dough throughout shifts.
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and work under time pressure.
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
