About the role

We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join our office team in Zagreb. The role focuses on handling customer communication, promoting our product range and supporting the sales process from quotation to order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Sell products from our assortment and prepare quotations.
• Track offers, orders and follow‑up on delivery status.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify procurement needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new ones.

Required profile

• Organised and communicative individual who can set priorities.
• Experience in sales, purchasing or related fields is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital tools such as Outlook, Excel and web applications.
• Enjoys office work and prefers a small‑team environment.
• Secondary school diploma or higher education.
• Basic knowledge of English.

• Net salary of €1,350 per month plus performance bonuses.
