About the role

We are looking for a qualified dental assistant to join our specialist orthodontic practice in Split on a full‑time basis for a defined period covering a colleague’s sick leave. The role involves supporting the dentist in daily clinical activities within a clinic that operates under the national health insurance system (HZZO).

Key responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations, treatments and procedures.
Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment according to clinic protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the treatment rooms.

Required profile

Possession of a valid Hkdm (Croatian Dental Assistant) licence.
Willingness to work on‑site in Split for the duration of the temporary assignment.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team.

Required skills

Valid Hkdm licence.
