Cyber Security Technical Specialist

About the role

Join a global cybersecurity team focused on protecting industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a technical specialist, ensuring the security of cloud‑based OT deployments and advancing the company’s cybersecurity capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance cybersecurity platform capabilities across automation environments.
• Monitor and secure OT cloud deployments, maintain the cybersecurity product registry, and manage source‑code vulnerability processes.
• Develop, operate, and improve existing OT cybersecurity tools and perform FAT/SAT security and compliance scans.
• Manage OT vulnerability discovery, SBOM scanning for third‑party components, and protect publicly exposed OT service endpoints.
• Design and implement new OT cybersecurity technical solutions, including AI‑supported security tools and continuous penetration testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide backup for team members, and share knowledge through documentation and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration, automation or OT applications, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of OT security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, EU NIS2 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work in international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity platforms and cloud technologies.
• OT cybersecurity tools, vulnerability management, SBOM scanning.
• AI‑supported cybersecurity solutions and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, EU NIS2, EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Microsoft Azure AZ‑104 certification (optional).
