We are seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about people, engineering excellence, and building a modern software development culture. In this hybrid role you will guide a talented engineering team, influence architectural decisions, and work closely with Product and Design to turn business needs into robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of software engineers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Plan and prioritize engineering work to meet product roadmap commitments while balancing feature development and team capacity.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Stay hands‑on with development to support technical decisions and unblock the team when needed.
• Improve engineering processes, remove obstacles and drive best practices for high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years leading or managing engineers.
• Background in SaaS product companies and complex technical ecosystems.
• Strong focus on people development: mentoring, coaching and supporting career growth.
• Curious mindset, continuous learner who embraces change.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem‑solving approach.
