Customer Support Specialist – Macedonian & Albanian (m/f/d)

About the role

Join TP Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will interact with customers in Macedonian, Albanian (including Gheg) and English, providing assistance via phone, email and chat from our Zagreb office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email and chat, offering clear information about products and services.
• Resolve issues promptly and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and effective service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Macedonian, Albanian (including Gheg) and English (minimum B2 level in speaking, writing and reading).
• Excellent communication, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in using multiple digital tools simultaneously and documenting interactions.
