About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide comprehensive support for our online store. The role involves handling inquiries, managing complaints and returns, and assisting with technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive customer service for the online store
- Receiving and registering customer inquiries via email and/or telephone
- Managing the complaints and order returns process
- Providing support in resolving technical issues
- Ensuring compliance with established customer service standards
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Required profile
- Previous experience in e‑commerce customer service (preferred)
- Very good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
