Customer Service Coordinator – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and well‑organized Customer Service Coordinator to act as the main point of contact between our authorized service partners, end customers, and internal teams. You will ensure smooth communication, handle inquiries and complaints, and support vehicle homologation and fleet management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with authorized service partners and end customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and open cases.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and regional technical support.
• Maintain internal communication with headquarters and logistics teams.
• Administer vehicle homologation processes and obtain type approvals.
• Manage company fleet and press vehicles.
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, and customer relationship departments.

Required profile

• Experience in the automotive industry or a similar technical field.
• Previous roles such as service advisor, service reception, or technical support are preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance or technical products.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional approach with customers and partners.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and independently.
• Active knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
