Business Development Manager, IBM Hardware & Software

About the role

Arrow ECS, part of Arrow Electronics, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to support IBM hardware and software solutions. Working closely with IBM, partners and internal teams, you will build and nurture new partner relationships, support them through the IBM solution lifecycle, and manage existing partners through the sales process to the end customer. The position is full-time and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow profitable channel partners
• Build and nurture new partner relationships across the IBM solution lifecycle
• Help partners select products, prepare offers and execute sales plans
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal teams
• Track sales performance and manage partner programs and initiatives
• Stay up to date on IT market trends, competitor activity and the IBM roadmap

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B sales or partner/channel management (IT experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with hardware or software
• Fluent Croatian and English (B2/C1)

Required skills

• Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
