Business Controller (m/ž)

About the role

The Business Controller will support the company by preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and providing insightful analysis to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operational budgets and forecasts in collaboration with all departments.
• Monitor budget execution, analyse variances and propose corrective actions.
• Produce monthly reports and analyses for the market General Director and the central controlling department.
• Track and analyse key business indicators such as sales, labour costs, productivity, investments, P&L and other relevant KPIs.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve planning, result tracking and business processes.
• Develop and implement initiatives for cost control and optimisation.
• Continuously improve reporting, budgeting and financial analysis processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, audit or similar roles.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Independent, proactive and initiative‑driven work approach.
• Ability to set priorities and focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Active knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness for continuous learning and development.
