About the role

As a Digital Banking Manager you will lead the development and optimisation of our digital channels and products, ensuring customers enjoy a simple and modern banking experience. You will work closely with IT, product and customer support teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise digital banking channels and products.
• Collaborate with IT, product and support teams to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.
• Monitor digital banking trends and propose concrete improvements.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new digital functionalities.
• Support user and colleague education on digital products and services.
• Occasionally act as Product Owner or project collaborator in agile projects.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital banking or a similar area.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking channels and products.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication abilities.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
