Brand & Customer Manager – Cardiovascular Diseases

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven healthcare organization to lead the brand strategy and execution for a cardiovascular portfolio across Croatia and Slovenia. You will translate global direction into local initiatives, drive launch excellence, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
• Lead launch readiness planning and launch excellence activities across both markets.
• Design and execute promotional and non‑promotional marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including omnichannel and digital touchpoints.
• Own brand planning, lifecycle management, and annual marketing budget planning.
• Collaborate proactively with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Digital, and other teams as the main brand contact.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma marketing or brand management.
• Understanding of cardiovascular disease areas and healthcare systems.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in English and Croatian or Slovenian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Interest and familiarity with digital and AI‑driven marketing solutions.
