Assembly Project Leader (m/ž/d)

About the role

HAHN Automation Group Croatia is looking for an Assembly Project Leader to coordinate the installation and commissioning of sub‑assemblies, stations and production lines. The role involves both in‑house and on‑site work with customers, ensuring smooth start‑up of assembly or testing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble sub‑assemblies, complete systems, stations and production lines.
• Set up and commission assembly or test lines, both at the company premises and at customer sites.
• Organise project tasks and lead a team of technicians.
• Implement automated processes and line functions together with customer programmers on‑site.
• Support the Assembly Manager and prepare daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (SSS, VŠS, VSS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Strong organisational abilities.
