About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at the Sky Office Tower in Zagreb. The role provides hands‑on experience with daily accounting operations and offers a supportive environment for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Archive and prepare accounting documentation.
• Post and verify incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Record bank statements.
• Reconcile account cards with customers and suppliers.
• Execute compensation procedures and monitor overdue accounts.
• Process travel orders and cash‑register entries.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management or the head of accounting.

Required profile

• Initiative and proactive thinking.
• High work ethic, responsibility and discipline.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to develop.
• Logical reasoning, strong analytical skills.

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Internet navigation
• Basic knowledge of Pantheon (preferred, not mandatory)
