Analyst / Reporting Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Analyst / Reporting Specialist to produce statistical and credit‑rating reports, ensure regulatory compliance and support the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly statistical‑credit reports.
• Control supervisory reports for the Croatian National Bank (HNB).
• Compile COREP and FINREP regulatory reports.
• Monitor EBA regulations and related HNB legal acts.
• Generate public disclosure reports of credit requests.
• Produce reports for the Croatian Deposit Insurance Agency.
• Prepare data, worksheets and tables for external audits.
• Assist in VAT liability calculations.
• Work with databases to extract reporting data.
• Post monthly entries to the general ledger.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Accounting and Reporting.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS).
• Minimum 6 months of bookkeeping experience.
• At least 3 years of experience preparing HNB reports.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, analytical, organized and precise.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Database management for reporting purposes.
• Experience with COREP reporting.
• Experience with FINREP reporting.
