About the role
The analyst will work in the PGS Biotech Quality Operations, Quality Control Laboratory supporting manufacturing, release and stability of biotech drug substances and products.
Key responsibilities
- Independently execute analytical methods such as spectrophotometry, HPLC and electrophoresis, including verification, validation and transfer.
- Support manufacturing activities, release testing and stability studies of biotech drug substances and products.
- Continuously improve laboratory environment and processes.
- Train junior analysts.
- Adapt work schedule to afternoon/night shifts or weekends as required by production.
Required profile
- University degree in a life‑science field (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with the analytical techniques listed above.
- Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
