About the role

ZANE d.o.o. is looking for a proactive real‑estate brokerage agent to join its Business Development and Brokerage team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the full transaction process and supporting market‑driven product development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage property sellers or buyers, adding them to the company’s client portfolio.
• Manage the brokerage process, including document verification, preparation of presentation packages, negotiation support and closing of sales.
• Monitor real‑estate market trends to provide up‑to‑date information to clients.
• Contribute to the creation of new products and processes within Business Development and Brokerage.
• Coordinate with other business units of the ZANE Group.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support team goals.

Required profile

• Integrity and professionalism.

• Organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Decisiveness, motivation for success and quick adaptability to change.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office tools.
• Active command of English (spoken and written).
• HGK licence for real‑estate brokerage agents.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
