About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to serve customers from the Slovene and Croatian markets. The position is based in Zagreb and involves real‑time interaction with clients through phone, email, chat and social media. You will help customers understand our offers and guide them through the ordering process.

Key responsibilities

• Oral communication with customers in real time via the call centre.
• Written communication through email, chat and Facebook.
• Presenting product offers and promotions.
• Assisting customers in preparing and creating orders.
• Providing ongoing customer care and handling additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Active knowledge of Slovene language, both spoken and written.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear information delivery.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Patience, independence, motivation, organization and ability to work in a team.
