About the role

The company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities, support production goals and contribute to a positive work environment. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, from supplier selection to delivery, while optimizing costs and inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and control procurement, logistics and inventory management processes.
• Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies aligned with production needs.
• Source raw materials, semi‑finished goods and services on domestic and international markets.
• Research the market, select and develop suppliers, and negotiate prices, terms, payment conditions and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and optimise procurement, logistics costs and stock levels.
• Coordinate with production, technical office, quality management, sales and finance departments.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and prepare reports with improvement proposals.
• Manage supplier relationships, handle complaints and oversee import‑export documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or metal‑working environment.
• Familiarity with types of metals, metal raw materials and their basic properties.
• Proven negotiation skills with domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑reliant, responsible and results‑oriented.
• Secondary school diploma (SSS/VSS) or higher.
• Good knowledge of at least one foreign language (English preferred).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of metal raw materials.
