About the role

We are seeking a .NET Engineering Lead to join our HRnet team in Zagreb. The role involves leading a development group, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to enhance existing HRnet functionalities and deliver new solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of .NET developers in design, development and delivery of HRnet features.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure code quality, performance and adherence to engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across the product.
Participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap for the HRnet platform.

Required profile

Proven experience leading software development teams.
Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Background in delivering enterprise HR or payroll solutions is a plus.
