About the role
We are seeking a .NET Engineering Lead to join our HRnet team in Zagreb. The role involves leading a development group, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to enhance existing HRnet functionalities and deliver new solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of .NET developers in design, development and delivery of HRnet features.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, performance and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across the product.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap for the HRnet platform.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Background in delivering enterprise HR or payroll solutions is a plus.
